Welcome to Fulshear Texas!

Fulshear is unique in every way.  It is located between FM 359 & FM 1093, making it easily accesible to I-10 and the Westpark Tollway.  Fulshear is like a small town that you would see in the movies; it is dotted with gorgeous pecan trees & grassy praires, while partially banking on the Brazos River.  Driving through the town, you will find a small town square with charming boutiques and restaurants. Don't be surprised if one of the friendly residents doesn't cast a wave in your direction.  Fulshear can provide you with "country living" and the convenience of the 4th largest city in the USA.  It is not unusual for someone to drive from one of the local neighborhoods to downtown for work.  Bret and I have lived in Fulshear, and we can personally attest to the serenity this community provides.   Don't miss this BOOMTOWN, when looking for a new home.

Cross Creek Ranch  - http://www.crosscreektexas.com/  This dynamic master-planned community brings the "PERFECT BLEND" to a resident that wants to live in the country, but needs the convenience of the city.  The developers thought of everything.  It flaunts an eco-friendly Land Plan with 100's of acres of Lakes and Trails.  Cross Creek Ranch residernts enjoy a water park with a resort-style pool, lap lanes & water slide.  For the professional, there is a large multi-purpose meeting room with a fully equiped kitchen, a state of the art health & fitness center, & a full service community cafe.  There are many choices in builders  to consider, as well as a renowned custom builder.

Weston Lakes - http://www.wlakes.com/  Weston Lakes is a personal favorite of mine.  Weston Lakes is a private 1,400 acres community that features a secured entrance with a 24 hour guarded access gate.  This leaves the residents with an easy feeling as they enter their subdivision after a long day.  The country-side within the community is breath taking with 100 year old pecan trees and winding lakes.  There are appoximately 1200 homesites that range from 1/2 acres - 2 acres.  The prices range from $300,000 to over 1 million.  The residents enjoy a club house featuring 2 dining rooms, an 18-hole private golf course, tennis courts and a pool.  You may even witness an outdoor wedding as you pass through the gates.  You don't want to miss this quaint community
